Certified green by the Virginia DEQ©, recycling and composting and shopping locally is an integral part of fcc’s boutique catering mission.

Initially an event coordinator, jenny uses her organizational skills to make each event run smoothly from start to finish with the assistance of a professional, yet personable, staff. She offers clients a stress-free, well-coordinated event featuring the personal, hand-on style full circle catering has become known for in Virginia. If you are lucky you can book her as your wedding or event coordinator—but those dates fill quickly and months in advance.

You will often see jenny, fcc, and her staff at local community events. Besides providing wonderful food, jenny’s mission is to bring commerce and support back to the community that has been so supportive of her and fcc. She happily donates to many local nonprofits, charities, and she and her staff work en masse at many community events.
